These themes—along with the rising interest in biohacking through nutrition—were top of mind for our founder when she began making protein bars in her home kitchen and experimenting with alternative ingredients like cricket protein powder.
When preparing a dessert for her godson’s birthday party potluck, she decided to try something new: adding cricket flour into her signature fudge brownies, a crowd favorite known for being both delicious and nourishing.
